CENTRAL CIRCUIT EXPERIENCE
Terms of Service and Participation Agreement
Operator: Nikke Co., Ltd.
Operating Location: MR.HIRO CAR STUDIO
Driving Facility: Central Circuit
Version: v1.1
Effective Date: September 5, 2026
Important Notice
This Service involves driving an actual racing circuit in an automobile.
Circuit driving carries serious inherent risks including collision, spin, running off course, vehicle malfunction, vehicle damage, facility damage, fire, injury, permanent disability, and death.
Although a Central Circuit safety car leads the drive, the risk of accidents and other hazards cannot be completely eliminated.
This Service is not intended for racing, competition, time attacks, driving at the limit of the vehicle, or any other form of aggressive driving.
The Company does not provide participants with any automobile insurance, vehicle insurance, third-party liability insurance, personal accident insurance, passenger accident insurance, facility damage insurance, or any similar insurance in connection with this Service.
If damage occurs to the experience vehicle, Central Circuit facilities or equipment, third-party property, or otherwise, arising from a participant's driving, operation, conduct, judgment, or other matters within the participant's responsibility, that damage shall be borne by the participant.
In addition, every participant in this Service must provide a security deposit of ¥300,000 per person, separate from the participation fee.
The deposit is not charged at the time of booking; it is processed by credit card only, at MR.HIRO CAR STUDIO, on the day of the experience.
If the amount of damage exceeds ¥300,000, the excess amount will be billed additionally.
¥300,000 does not represent a cap on liability for damages.
Before applying for this Service, please be sure to review these Terms, the eligibility requirements, cancellation conditions, deposit terms, liability for damages, and other important matters.
Article 1 (Purpose and Application)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions of use for the "CENTRAL CIRCUIT EXPERIENCE" (the "Service") provided by MR.HIRO CAR STUDIO, operated by Nikke Co., Ltd. (the "Company").
Applying for and participating in the Service requires agreement to these Terms, the service details and important notices posted on the Company's website, the cancellation policy, and the Participation Agreement.
By completing the agreement action at the time of booking, paying the participation fee, or signing the Participation Agreement, a participant is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Where a representative books on behalf of multiple participants, the representative shall ensure that all participants review these Terms and the important notices in advance.
Each participant shall also personally review these Terms and the Participation Agreement on the day of the experience and agree to them by the method specified by the Company.
Article 2 (Service Provider)
Unless otherwise specified, the party accepting bookings for and contracting in connection with the Service is Nikke Co., Ltd.
The Service is provided with the cooperation of Central Circuit and other facilities or operators designated by the Company.
The Company may entrust part of the Service — including circuit operation, safety management, lead-car driving, vehicle maintenance, and transportation — to third parties.
The Company may share participant information with the facility manager and other cooperating operators to the extent necessary for the provision of the Service, safety management, and accident response.
Article 3 (Service Description)
The Service takes participants from MR.HIRO CAR STUDIO to Central Circuit in a transport vehicle driven by Company staff, where they experience driving on a genuine racing circuit.
The experience vehicle is, in principle, a HONDA CIVIC TYPE R FD2 (manual transmission).
Circuit driving consists, in principle, of 3 laps led by a Central Circuit safety car.
In principle, participants drive the FD2 themselves.
Participants who do not wish to drive may instead experience the circuit from the passenger seat, with a driver approved by the Company.
The participation fee is the same whether a participant drives or rides as a passenger.
This Service is not intended for racing, competition, time attacks, or otherwise testing the limits of the vehicle's performance.
Participants shall follow the instructions of Company staff and Central Circuit officials regarding following distance from the safety car, speed, racing line, and other aspects of driving.
The content, number of laps, timing, and other details of the drive may be changed due to vehicle condition, road surface conditions, weather, facility operations, or other circumstances.
Article 4 (Participation Fee)
The participation fee for this Service is ¥66,000 (tax included) per participant.
Where multiple participants take part, the fee is charged per participant.
A participant experiencing the circuit from the passenger seat is also treated as a participant, and the fee is ¥66,000 (tax included) per person.
Only participants who have paid the applicable participation fee may take part in the circuit drive or other elements of this plan.
In principle, a person joining solely as a companion may not take part in this plan.
Even where a person wishes to accompany the group, if they wish to take part in this plan they must pay the applicable fee as a participant.
The participation fee shall be paid at the time of booking via the Company's designated online payment method.
The security deposit is not included in the participation fee.
Article 5 (Security Deposit)
Every participant in this Service must provide a security deposit of ¥300,000 per person, separate from the participation fee.
The deposit is not charged at the time of online booking.
The deposit is processed by credit card only, at MR.HIRO CAR STUDIO, on the day of the experience.
Cash, bank transfer, and any other method not designated by the Company are not accepted.
If the deposit procedure cannot be completed due to insufficient credit limit, refusal by the card issuer, or other circumstances, the participant may not take part in the Service.
The deposit is held to cover vehicle damage, facility damage, and other damage for which the participant is responsible arising during participation in the Service.
If, after the Service, there is no damage attributable to the participant to the vehicle, facilities, equipment, or otherwise, and the participant returns safely to MR.HIRO CAR STUDIO, the Company will process the release of the deposit at the store.
The time required for the released amount to actually reflect on the participant's available credit varies by card issuer or payment provider.
If damage occurs, the Company may apply all or part of the deposit toward the cost of the damage.
If the amount of damage exceeds the ¥300,000 deposit, the participant shall separately pay the excess amount.
The ¥300,000 deposit does not represent a cap on the participant's liability for damages.
Where the amount of damage cannot be determined on the day, the Company may determine the final amount after inspecting the vehicle or facility and obtaining repair estimates, and bill the participant separately.
Article 6 (Formation of Booking)
A booking is formed once the Company has confirmed the booking details and confirmed payment of the applicable participation fee.
The security deposit is not included in the online payment made at the time of booking.
Even after a booking is formed, the Service may be cancelled, postponed, or changed due to insufficient minimum participant numbers, safety management considerations, circuit operational circumstances, or other reasons set out in these Terms.
Article 7 (Eligibility)
Participants must satisfy the eligibility requirements set by the Company on its website or at the time of booking.
A participant who will drive the experience vehicle themselves must have the experience and ability necessary to drive safely.
As the experience vehicle has a manual transmission, a participant driving themselves must be able to safely perform basic operations including clutch, gear shifting, accelerator, and brake.
If staff determine that a participant's manual-transmission experience is insufficient or that safe driving would be difficult, the Company may decline to allow that participant to drive.
In such cases, the Company may, where safe to do so, offer the passenger-seat experience instead.
The Company may request a passport, driver's license, or other identification to confirm identity, age, driving experience, and similar matters.
Participants must be able to understand the safety briefing and the instructions of staff and circuit officials.
Participants shall take part in a state of health that does not interfere with driving or riding as a passenger.
Participation while under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs, or in any state that impairs sound judgment or driving ability, is prohibited.
Article 8 (Duty to Disclose)
Participants shall accurately disclose their name, age, contact information, emergency contact, driving experience, manual-transmission driving experience, health condition, and any other matters requested by the Company.
If a participant provides false information or omits material information, the Company may refuse participation, prohibit driving, change the participant to the passenger-seat experience, or discontinue the experience.
Article 9 (Attire and Equipment)
Participants shall wear attire suitable for driving or riding safely.
Participants who will drive should wear footwear suitable for pedal operation, such as sneakers or driving shoes.
Driving in sandals, slip-on shoes such as Crocs, high heels, platform shoes/boots, or other footwear unsuitable for safe pedal operation is prohibited.
Comfortable, easy-to-move-in clothing is recommended.
For daytime sessions, the use of sunglasses is recommended provided they do not interfere with driving.
If staff determine that a participant's attire or equipment would make safe driving difficult, the Company may decline to allow that participant to drive.
In principle, the participation fee will not be refunded if a participant is unable to take part or drive due to inadequate attire or equipment on the participant's part.
Article 10 (Safety Briefing and Instructions)
Participants must receive the safety briefing conducted by the Company or Central Circuit before the experience begins.
Participants must follow the instructions of Company staff, Central Circuit officials, and the safety car driver.
The Company or the circuit may limit speed, driving method, number of laps, and similar matters, taking into account a participant's driving skill, physical condition, driving behavior, road surface conditions, and vehicle condition.
Where deemed necessary for safety, driving may be stopped or discontinued regardless of a participant's wishes.
Article 11 (Prohibited Conduct)
Participants shall not engage in any of the following:
Overtaking the safety car;
Approaching the safety car or other vehicles excessively closely;
Deviating from the designated speed, racing line, or driving method;
Racing, competing, or attempting time attacks;
Intentional drifting, spinning, or other driving not approved by the Company;
Excessive sudden acceleration, sudden braking, or reckless operation;
Acting contrary to the instructions of staff or circuit officials;
Entering the course or driving area outside the designated route;
Removing designated safety equipment;
Operating a mobile phone, camera, or other device while driving;
Participating after consuming alcohol or drugs;
Intentionally damaging or soiling the vehicle, facilities, or equipment; and
Any other conduct the Company or the circuit deems dangerous or inappropriate.
Article 12 (Refusal of Participation / Suspension of Driving)
The Company or the facility manager may refuse or discontinue participation, driving, or the drive itself in cases including: insufficient driving skill, inability to safely operate a manual-transmission vehicle, inability to understand the safety briefing, violation of instructions, dangerous conduct, being under the influence of alcohol, drug use, poor physical condition, false statements, failure to complete the deposit procedure, or other circumstances that the Company judges make safe implementation difficult.
In principle, no refund will be provided where refusal or discontinuation is due to circumstances attributable to the participant.
Article 13 (Risks of Circuit Driving)
Participants acknowledge that this Service, unlike a general sightseeing service, involves driving an automobile on an actual racing circuit.
Even with the safety-car-led format, the risk of accidents cannot be completely eliminated.
Circuit driving may result in unforeseen incidents such as collision, spin, running off course, vehicle malfunction, fire, or flying debris.
Such incidents may result in bruising, fractures, injury to the head, spine, or internal organs, permanent disability, death, or other serious bodily harm.
Participants shall take part in the Service having understood and accepted these risks.
Article 14 (Insurance)
The Company does not provide participants with any automobile insurance, vehicle insurance, third-party liability insurance, personal accident insurance, passenger accident insurance, facility damage insurance, or any similar insurance in connection with this Service.
No insurance coverage is attached to this Service even where an accident, injury, death, vehicle damage, facility damage, or third-party damage occurs.
Participants should confirm with their own insurer whether any travel insurance, accident insurance, life insurance, credit card-linked insurance, or other insurance they hold covers circuit driving.
The Company does not guarantee that any insurance held personally by a participant will apply.
This Article does not exempt the Company from liability that cannot be waived by law, including liability arising from the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 15 (Response to Accidents and Injuries)
In the event of an accident, injury, vehicle abnormality, or other irregularity, participants shall immediately follow the instructions of staff or circuit officials.
Where necessary, the Company or the facility manager will contact emergency services, police, fire department, or medical institutions.
Where necessary for emergency response, participant information may be provided to medical institutions, police, fire department, the facility manager, cooperating operators, or emergency contacts.
Article 16 (Compensation for Damages and Participant Costs)
If, during the Service, damage, breakage, or soiling occurs to the experience vehicle, Central Circuit's facilities, equipment, or fixtures, third-party property, or otherwise, arising from a participant's driving, operation, conduct, judgment, violation of instructions, or other matters within the participant's responsibility, that damage shall be borne by the participant.
This includes damage to the experience vehicle itself, its engine, transmission, clutch, suspension, wheels, tires, and other components, as well as damage to Central Circuit's guardrails, fences, barriers, course equipment, buildings, facilities, and fixtures.
Costs borne by the participant may include, to the extent reasonably and causally connected to the incident: vehicle repair costs, parts, labor, diagnostic fees, towing/transport/recovery/storage costs, facility or equipment repair or restoration costs, costs of handling leaked oil or coolant, cleaning costs, compensation to third parties, and other costs reasonably and actually incurred in connection with the incident or damage.
No insurance under this Service compensates the participant for these vehicle or facility damages.
The Company may apply all or part of the deposit held from the participant toward the amount of damage.
If the amount of damage exceeds the ¥300,000 deposit, the participant shall separately pay the excess amount.
The ¥300,000 deposit does not represent a cap on the amount of damage borne by the participant.
Where the amount of damage cannot be determined on the day, the Company or the facility manager may determine the final amount after inspection or obtaining repair estimates, and bill the participant separately.
Where multiple participants are involved in causing damage, each shall bear responsibility in proportion to their respective degree of responsibility.
In principle, the Company will not separately charge participants for ordinary fuel consumption or other normal wear and tear associated with a proper, normal experience drive.
This Article does not require a participant to bear damage that cannot lawfully be imposed on them, including damage arising from the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 17 (Liability of the Company)
The Company will take reasonable measures for safe provision of the Service, including vehicle inspection, safety briefings, and staff deployment.
Where damage is caused to a participant due to circumstances attributable to the Company, the Company shall be liable in accordance with applicable law.
Where a participant's willful misconduct, negligence, violation of instructions, prohibited conduct, false statements, or similar matters contributed to the occurrence or extent of an accident or damage, the scope of liability will be determined taking those circumstances into account.
Article 18 (Meeting and Transportation)
Participants shall gather at MR.HIRO CAR STUDIO by the designated time.
Transportation between MR.HIRO CAR STUDIO and Central Circuit is, in principle, provided using the Company's transport vehicle.
The transport vehicle is driven by Company staff.
If a participant's late arrival prevents departure at the scheduled time, the Company may shorten the experience or decline participation.
Article 19 (Estimated Duration)
Round-trip travel time from MR.HIRO CAR STUDIO is approximately 3 hours.
The circuit drive itself, including preparation, is expected to take approximately 10 minutes per participant.
Time spent at Central Circuit is expected to be approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour, varying with the number of participants.
After the circuit experience, the group will, in principle, stop at J's RACING.
Actual duration may vary due to traffic conditions, number of participants, circuit scheduling, weather, and other circumstances.
No specific end time is guaranteed.
Article 20 (Stop at J's RACING)
After the circuit experience, the group will, in principle, stop at J's RACING before returning to MR.HIRO CAR STUDIO.
This stop may be changed or cancelled due to the store's business hours, traffic conditions, time constraints, the day's schedule, or other circumstances.
No refund of the participation fee will be provided solely on the ground that the stop at J's RACING did not take place.
Article 21 (Cancellation by Participants)
The following cancellation fees apply to cancellations made for reasons attributable to the participant:
Up to 7 days before the event date: free of charge
6 to 3 days before the event date: 50% of the participation fee
2 days before the event date through the day of the event: 100% of the participation fee (non-refundable)
Where only some participants in a multi-participant booking cancel, the above conditions apply individually to each cancelling participant.
Where a participant's cancellation reduces the remaining number of participants below the minimum required to hold the Service, the Service itself may be cancelled or postponed.
Article 22 (Minimum Number of Participants)
The Company may set a minimum number of participants required to hold the Service on a given date.
The minimum number of participants will be indicated in advance on the booking page or elsewhere.
Even where a booking has been formed, the Company may cancel or postpone the Service if the minimum number of participants is not reached by the Company's specified deadline.
The Service may also be cancelled or postponed if cancellations after a booking is formed cause the number of participants to fall below the minimum.
Where the Company cancels the Service due to an insufficient number of participants, participants who did not cancel will receive a full refund of the participation fee already paid, or will be offered an alternative date.
The cancellation policy in Article 21 applies to any cancelling participant whose cancellation caused the shortfall.
Article 23 (Cancellation, Postponement, or Change Due to Circumstances of the Company or Facility)
The Service may be cancelled, postponed, or changed in circumstances including: Central Circuit becoming unavailable, an instruction from the circuit to stop driving, malfunction or abnormality of the experience vehicle, severe weather, deteriorated road surface conditions, an accident, course closure, a disaster, traffic disruption, an insufficient number of participants, or other circumstances the Company judges make safe or operational implementation difficult.
Where the Company cancels the Service at its own discretion, the participation fee will be refunded in full.
Where an alternative date is available, the Company may offer it to the participant.
However, except where the Company is legally required to bear such costs, the Company does not compensate for incidental costs a participant has arranged for the purpose of taking part in the Service, including airfare, accommodation, transportation costs (rail, bus, taxi, etc.), communication costs, or travel arrangement fees.
Article 24 (Photographs and Video)
The Company or its cooperating operators may take photographs or video during the Service.
In principle, the Company will obtain a participant's consent before using their likeness in the Company's social media, website, advertising, or similar materials.
Participants may take their own photographs or video to the extent permitted by the Company and the facility manager.
Operating a mobile phone, camera, or other recording device while driving is prohibited.
Article 25 (Personal Information)
The Company handles participants' personal information to the extent necessary for booking, identity verification, payment of the participation fee, safety management, emergency response, accident response, provision of the Service, and communication with participants.
Further details are set out in the Company's Privacy Policy.
Article 26 (Exclusion of Antisocial Forces)
Participants represent that they are not members of a criminal organization (bōryokudan), an associate of such an organization, or any other antisocial force.
Where the Company determines that a participant falls within such a category, the Company may cancel the booking or discontinue participation.
Article 27 (Amendment of These Terms)
The Company may amend these Terms where required by changes in law, changes to the Service, safety management needs, or other reasonable grounds.
The amended Terms will be posted on the Company's website.
The Company will record the version of these Terms that a participant agreed to, and the date and time of that agreement, at the time of booking.
Article 28 (Precedence of the Japanese Version)
Where these Terms are translated into English or another language, and there is a discrepancy between the Japanese version and the translated version, the Japanese version shall prevail to the extent permitted by law.
Article 29 (Severability)
If any part of these Terms is rendered invalid or unenforceable by law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
Article 30 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms and the Service are governed by the laws of Japan.
Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location as the court of first instance, except where a different jurisdiction is required by law.
